信铭生命科技(00474.HK) 表示，旗下非全资附属公司昊天国际建设投资集团的配售事宜，将导致其于昊天国际建设投资集团股权摊薄，并构成公司视作出售交易。根据联交所证券上市规则，可能视作出售(倘落实)将构成公司之非常重大出售事项。
根据上市规则，信铭生命科技有关非常重大出售事项之公告，须待联交所审阅后方可刊发。截至昨日(14日)，公司正在编制及处理联交所就非常重大出售事项公告所提出之查询。
