智通财经APP获悉，大众汽车(VWAGY.US)与德国最大工会IG Metall之间的第二轮集体谈判将于当地时间10月30日在大众总部所在地沃尔夫斯堡举行。
据了解，这家欧洲最大汽车制造商的上一轮薪资谈判未达成协议，工会威胁要从12月开始罢工。该公司曾暗示可能关闭在德国的工厂。
IG Metall的谈判代表Thorsten Groeger在一份声明中表示：“自第一次谈判以来，管理委员会已经有足够的时间做准备。”他补充道，3000多名工人已准备好采取行动。
工会希望大众汽车提出未来十年的总体规划，以确保工厂的就业和产能利用率。
在上一轮谈判中，大众汽车拒绝了IG Metall提出的加薪7%以及为学徒和在职学生支付170欧元基本工资的要求。
大众首席谈判代表Arne Meiswinkel在第一轮谈判后表示：“只有实现可持续的成本节约，我们才能投资新技术并长期确保就业。”
