智通财经APP讯，安东油田服务(03337)公布，公司高度重视全体股东利益，为更好将全体股东利益与公司可持续发展相结合，令全体股东可以很好地分享公司的成长，取得合理的投资回报，公司董事会进一步审视、研讨及批准了公司最新的股票分红及回购政策。
在当年实现的归属于权益持有人净利润及累计未分配利润为正，且公司现金流可以满足公司正常经营和可持续发展情况下，公司可进行现金分红。现金分红的比例参考当年实现的归属于权益持有人净利润的百分之三十。
当管理层认为公司股价严重偏离公司业务实质时，可进行回购操作，以稳定股价╱提升市值。公司每年的回购计划及执行金额取决于上一财政年度的自由现金流，回购应使用公司的自有现金储备执行，而不应因回购增加公司负债。公司可以选择以上一财政年度自由现金流的5%-10%用于股份回购操作，回购股份的总数不可高于年度股东大会批准的已发行股本的10%。
公告称，集团良好的现金流表现是以上股票分红及回购两个政策的具体执行的基础，两项政策是否会于同一年度同步执行将主要取决于集团自由现金流达成情况及相关资金储备。
