　　天津创业环保股份（01065）公布，于2024年10月14日，天创绿能（公司全资附属公司）与金钟城更订立了综合供热站工程建设合作协议，据此，金钟城更同意向天创绿能出租，及天创绿能同意向金钟城更租赁，综合供热站；及金钟城更同意委托，及天创绿能同意负责，该项目范围的供热、供冷工程配套建设。
