智通财经APP讯，颐海国际(01579)发布公告，根据该公司经第四次修订和重述的组织章程大纲和章程细则，宣派后六年仍未获认领的所有股息可由公司董事会没收，并还归公司所有。董事会谨此告知公司股东，下列仍未认领的股息(总金额为101.97港元)将于2024年10月31日予以没收，并还归公司所有：股息类别2016年末期股息，宣派股息日期2017年3月28日，每股股息人民币3.5671分;股息类别2017年末期股息，宣派股息日期2018年3月21日，每股股息人民币4.97985分。
