据了解，Depemokimab有助于减少患有慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的鼻塞和息肉大小，葛兰素史克表示，这是一种常见的疾病，影响多达4%的人口。该制药商周一在一份声明中表示，在这些患者中，约40%的患者病情无法控制。
受此消息提振，葛兰素史克股价在周一美股盘前上涨约1%。自年初以来，该股上涨了2.3%。
Depemokimab被视为葛兰素史克未来几年增长的关键部分，该公司希望在2026年至2027年期间推出该药物用于多种疾病。该公司预计Depemokimab每年的销售额高达30亿英镑(39亿美元)。
