由长实集团(01113.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑站新盘“Blue Coast II”宣布加推3号价单，个别单位提价2%，推出60伙，当中包括23伙两房及37伙三房，市值10.2亿，折实平均呎价22,404元。当中入场最低的两房为5座6楼G室，实用面积485平方呎，折实售价939.6万，折实呎价19,373元。
发展商将于明日公布售销售安排，预计本周末开卖，目前正与合作伙伴商讨推售单位数目，并不排除会再向上调整价格。另外，项目3日录得3.5万人次参观。
