【市场监管总局：将更多运用提醒告诫、行政指导等柔性措施】金十数据10月14日讯，国家市场监督管理总局局长罗文14日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，司法部将进一步加强涉企行政执法监督，积极推进严格规范公正文明执法，大力整治行政执法突出问题，加强涉企执法诉求沟通机制建设，加大涉企行政复议案件办理力度，推动行政机关依法履职、依法行政。市场监管总局将加快出台推行服务型执法具体举措，制定行政执法行为规范，更多运用提醒告诫、行政指导等柔性措施，将服务贯穿于监管执法全过程、各环节，科学引导企业依法合规经营。
