Tu Xiaoping has resigned as China Merchants Port Holdings' (HKG:0144) chief financial officer effective Monday due to a change of work arrangement, a same-day bourse filing said.
Tu will remain an executive director of the logistics company.
The firm has named Huang Zhenzhou as its new CFO with effect from the same day.
Huang previously served as a senior manager of the company's finance department.
Shares of the company closed over 1% higher on Monday.
