Solventum Pledges to Use 100% Renewable Electricity Across Global Operations by 2030

Solventum (SOLV) said Monday that it is committed to transition all global operations to 100% renewable electricity by 2030.

Solventum said it is "on track" to achieve 80% renewable electricity across its worldwide operations by 2025.

Solventum has already transitioned 10 manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada, Germany, Poland, and France to renewable electricity, covering 48% of its total electricity consumption, the company said.

The transition to 100% renewable electricity is expected to reduce the company's scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 45% compared with the 2021 baseline year, Solventum said.
