长实(01113.HK) 宣布，旗下3个现楼单位，即沙田“名日．九肚山”、屯门“飞扬”、及洪水桥“#LYOS”，余下以价单形式发售的单位将提价约3%，涉及121个单位，新价单将于明日上载，下周一(21日)起生效。
提价的单位中，沙田“名日．九肚山”涉及36伙，最新价单呎价介乎16,277至27,491元；屯门“飞扬”涉52伙，呎价由13,064至16,961元；及洪水桥“#LYOS”涉及10伙分层单位和23个花园复式户，分层单位呎价分别由13,187至16,000元，及花园复式户将介乎15,948至17,961元。
长江实业执行董事赵国雄表示，市场受各种利好消息包括国家政策出台，及预期步入减息周期等带动，估计本港整体楼市已经见底，楼市将逐步平稳上扬。是次提价行动除了是看准市场走势外，亦同时反映市场对高质素现楼的需求殷切，换楼链再次逐步提速。
另外，长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威预告，集团与港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑站项目Blue coast预计将会提价，预料升幅约为3至5%。(sl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-10-16 12:25。)
