Dreadnought Resources Achieves High Gold Recovery from Western Australian Project; Shares Down 5%

Dreadnought Resources (ASX:DRE) said composite samples from the Star of Mangaroon, within its Mangaroon gold project in Western Australia, yielded combined gravity and leach recoveries of 96.7% to 99.5%, according to a Monday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

The metallurgical test assessed samples from various grades for recoveries from standard gravity and carbon in leach circuits, revealing average recovery of 74.4% and up to 85.2%, the filing said.

Additional metallurgical and geotechnical test work is underway, according to the filing.

Shares fell more than 5% in midday trade Tuesday.
