消息面上，辽港股份发布公告，公司于2024年10月13日收到公司控股股东之一致行动人大连港集团有限公司的告知函，大连港拟通过上海证券交易所允许的方式(包括但不限于集中竞价交易、大宗交易等)增持公司A股股份。总体增持金额不低于人民币2.5亿元(含)，但不高于人民币5亿元(含)。本次增持计划的实施期限为自本公告之日起12个月。本次增持计划价格上限为不超过人民币 2.06元╱股。
