金融界10月14日消息，坛金矿业报告指出，截至2023年9月30日，公司员工总数为24人，不包括独家分包安排下的员工。此外，公司在2020年8月28日的股东特别大会上，批准并采纳了新的股权计划，其下可予发行的股份数目上限为1,815,147,198股，占公司在2020年8月28日已发行股本的10%。至2023年9月30日，该股权计划未有授出或行使购股权。此外，截至2023年9月30日，已辞职的董事Christiaan Rudolph de Wet de Bruin持有公司股份244,650,717股，占公司已发行股本的1.30%。
