智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)再涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.34%，报6.71港元，成交额3981.46万港元。
消息面上，港交所披露易显示，10月7日，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达首次申报透过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合共持有维他奶超过5%股权。与此同时，维他奶的日资股东——三菱日联金融则申报减持，持股量下降至7.82%。这意味着，黄氏家族一跃成为维他奶第三大股东。
其中，在新加坡上市的杨协成目前持有维他奶约2.04%权益，该公司此前已持股0.4%，近期通过子公司累计买入维他奶共1759.8万股，相当于维他奶已发行股本1.64%。麦格理此前研报指出，虽然饮料市场充满挑战，但仍预计维他奶国际2025财年上半年营收将增长2.2%，营业利润则同比增长9.3%。集团在内地市场未能免受不利天气及市场竞争的影响，但香港市场的表现仍具韧力。
