智慧出行平台如祺出行(09680.HK) 副总裁孙雷早前出席内地一个发展论坛，并就“Robotaxi”的产业战略及商业化实践等话题，分享如祺出行的产业洞察及最新业务成果。另外，孙雷亦参与“三商融合”合作组织的发起仪式。
孙雷发表演讲时提及，“Robotaxi”商业化于目前仍然面临监管、技术、成本、服务、市场五大挑战，且背后存在安全性、ODD(设计运行域)及经济性的“不可能三角”底层逻辑，即单一“Robotaxi”服务目前很难同时实现足够安全、运行区域足够大、经济性足够高三个目标。
孙雷提及，上述三个目标可以在“Robotaxi”商业化过程中，通过有人驾驶网约车及“Robotaxi”混合营运实现最优平衡。在发展的过程中管理风险，在风险底线上发展和应用技术，并通过动态发展最终实现Robotaxi全面超越、加速替代有人网约车。
孙雷补充，混合营运是“Robotaxi”规模化落地的有效路径。(js/w)
