Ondas Holdings (ONDS) said Monday that a private investor group, including Charles & Potomac Capital and Privet Ventures, has agreed to invest $3.5 million in convertible notes of the company's Ondas Autonomous Systems unit.
The notes will mature Sept. 30, 2025.
Ondas said the investment will be funded by Oct. 31 and support the unit's business expansion plan.
The company's shares were up over 8% in recent trading.
