Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group's (HKG:1065, SHA:600874) subsidiary Tianchuang Green Energy teamed up with Tianjin Jinzhong Urban Renewal Construction Development for the construction of an integrated heat supply station project, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
As per the agreement, Jinzhong Urban Renewal will lease the integrated heat supply station to Tianchuang Green Energy for a term of 20 years for a total rental fee of 38 million yuan.
Jinzhong Urban Renewal will also commission Tianchuang Green Energy for the construction of ancillary heating and cooling facilities within the new construction area of the urban renewal project located south of Jinzhonghe Street in Tianjin for a three-year term.
The Water supply business company's shares closed nearly 4% lower on Tuesday.
