智驾科技公司地平线今起招股，阿里巴巴、百度为基石投资者
10 月 16 日消息，专注于提供智能驾驶解决方案的智驾科技公司地平线今日在香港开启招股。
据了解，本次 IPO，地平线拟全球发行 1,355,106,600 股股份，其中香港公开发售 135,511,200 股，占约 10%；国际配售 1,219,595,400 股，占约 90%，另有超额配股权 15%。发行价指导区间为每股 3.73 港元至 3.99 港元，募集资金上限约 54 亿港元，高盛、摩根士丹利、中信建投（601066）国际担任联席保荐人，预计股份将于 10 月 24 日在港交所挂牌上市。
地平线在招股期间吸引了境内外众多知名机构投资者的踊跃参与，阿里巴巴、百度、达飞集团和一家宁波市政府基金为基石投资者，认购总额达到约 2.2 亿美元。
招股书显示，地平线是市场领先的乘用车高级辅助驾驶（ADAS）和高阶自动驾驶（AD）解决方案供应商。根据灼识咨询的资料，自 2021 年起，按解决方案总装机量计算，地平线是首家且每年均为最大的提供前装量产的高级辅助驾驶和高阶自动驾驶解决方案的中国公司。截至目前，地平线软硬一体的解决方案已获得 27 家 OEM（42 个 OEM 品牌）采用，装备于 290 款车型，其中，中国十大 OEM 均已选择地平线的智驾解决方案。
