VibroPower (SGX:BJD) wholly-owned subsidiary VibroPower Sales and Services received a notice of arbitration relating to an equipment supply contract, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The notice, filed with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, concerns the supply, delivery, and installation of diesel generators, a fuel storage system, and related works for a project.
The main contractor, which issued the notice, also sent a termination letter on the same day, citing delays and outstanding work. VibroPower is already involved in a separate arbitration case with the same contractor, where it is the claimant.
The company is reviewing the new claims and said it will defend itself.
