Vista Group's Second-Largest Shareholder Plans to Vote Against All Four of Potentia's Resolutions

Vista Group International's (NZE:VGL, ASX:VGL) second-largest shareholder Fisher Funds plans to vote against Potentia's four resolutions to be decided at a special shareholders meeting, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The resolutions include appointing Amitesh Chand and Peter James as directors and removing current directors Susan Peterson and Kirk Senior, the filing stated.

Fisher Funds has a 14.4% stake in the technology conglomerate.
