【市场监管总局：加快制修订设备更新和消费品以旧换新相关重点标准的进程】金十数据10月14日讯，国家市场监督管理总局局长罗文14日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，(金十数据APP)大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新，能够有效拉动投资、促进消费，为企业提供广阔的市场发展空间。今年以来，总局围绕“两新”行动，安排了130项标准制修订任务，目前我们已经完成74项，接下来我们将深入实施标准提升行动，加快推进标准的研制进程，重点升级能耗排放技术标准、提升产品质量安全标准、加大回收循环利用标准供给，切实以标准提升牵引设备更新和消费品以旧换新。
