由长实集团(01113.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑站新盘“Blue Coast II”公布首张销售安排，本周六(19日)推售256伙，涵盖项目第五座的151伙两房、105伙三房单位，平均呎价21,761元，定于本周五(18日)截票。
入场单位为项目第5座7楼G室，实用面积485平方呎的两房单位，折实售价921.4万元，折实呎价约18,998元。至于售价的最贵单位为5座36楼B室，781平方呎的三房套单位，折实售价1,891.2万元，折实呎价24,458元。
本周六销售分为4组。F组买家须购买3至8伙，三房单位最少占其中3伙；A1组买家须购买2至4伙单位，三房单位最少占其中1伙；A2组买家须购买1至2伙单位，全数需要为三房单位；至于B组买家则可购买1至2伙，不限户型。长实透露，合共为F及A组买家预留153伙两房及三房单位。
长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威表示，现时本港楼市气氛正面，故往后推售的单位将考虑加价5%至10%。至于新盘推售步伐将视乎市况而定，不会突然急增推售量应市。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-10-15 12:25。)
