智通财经APP讯，天顺风能(002531.SZ)发布公告，近日，公司全资子公司南通长风新能源装备科技有限公司(“南通长风”)与OceanSTAR Marine & Offshore Investment Pte. Ltd.(以下简称“OceanSTAR公司”)签订了《浮式储卸油船(FSO)EPC建造合同》，项目总金额为4500万美元。
公告称，本次《浮式储卸油船(FSO)EPC建造合同》的签署，是公司在特种船舶业务领域的重要拓展，是海工业务进一步迈向多元化海洋工程领域的坚实一步。项目将于通州湾海工基地建造，基地将充分发挥其码头、港池及岸线等自然资源优势和制造能力优势，聚焦海外市场和客户，与公司在建的德国海工基地互为犄角和协同，致力于成为集团海工装备出口产品的制造基地，产品类型涵盖海外导管架、漂浮式平台、升压站、油气模块及特种船舶等多元化海工产品。本项目不仅可以优化基地的产能配置，还将更好地满足了海外客户需求，深化公司与国际客户的合作关系，提升公司在全球市场中的竞争力，打造集设计、优化、制造能力于一体的“大海工”装备龙头企业。
