ValueMax (SGX:T6I) allotted and issued 88,600 shares upon exercise of the same number of warrants at an exercise price of SG$0.36 apiece, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Accordingly, the number of issued ordinary shares of the company has increased to 868,181,159 ordinary shares from 868,092,559 shares.
The issued shares will be listed and quoted in Singapore on Oct. 16.
