【杭州取消限价后首场土拍：绿城22亿元竞得拱墅区两宅地】金十数据10月16日讯，浙江省杭州迎来限价取消后的首次土拍。两宗位于杭州市拱墅区的住宅用地总成交额为22.24亿元，竞得人均为绿城中国。其中，杭州市拱墅区石桥单元GS130203-24地块，吸引4位竞买人，最终绿城中国旗下的杭州浙承城市发展有限公司经过23轮竞价，以7.19亿元的总价成交，溢价率18.07%。出让文件显示，该地块容积率2.2，建筑面积约17787平方米。另一宗杭州市拱墅区康桥单元GS120103-07地块以15.05亿元的底价成交，竞得人为绿城中国旗下的杭州浙樾置业有限公司，楼板价为16736元/平方米。该地块仍然限价，精装的限价为33700元/平方米。
