【保利物业：董事会已审议通过建议实施H股全流通】金十数据10月15日讯，保利物业(06049.HK)发布公告称，公司董事会已审议通过建议实施H股全流通，拟将合计193666690股公司境内未上市股份转换为公司H股。在完成有关备案并取得所有相关批准（包括中国证监会备案）及符合所有适用法律、法规及规章后，该等内资股将被转为H股，公司也会向港交所申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
