金吾财讯 | 香港地产股集体走高，恒基地产(00012)涨4.57%，新世界发展(00017)涨2.73%，新鸿基地产(00016)涨2.38%，信和置业(00083)涨2.4%，长实集团(01113)涨2.13%，九龙仓置业(01997)涨2.03%。消息面上，香港行政长官李家超发表新一份《施政报告》称，优化“新资本投资者入境计划”，即日起，容许投资住宅物业，该物业成交价须为5000万港元或以上，投资于房地产获计算入投资总额上限为1000万港元。另外，明年3月1日起，透过申请人全资拥有的合资格私人公司的投资可计入合资格投资金额内。
