长实集团(01113)旗下香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸Blue Coast II，周二(15日)公布首轮销售安排，将于本周六(19日)作首轮销售，以价单形式发售256伙，折实平均呎价约21,761元。

 

据市场消息指，截至是日晚上7时，项目5日内已接获约6,000张入票，按周六首轮发售单位量计，暂录超额认购约22倍。

 

集团营业部首席经理郭子威表示，市场气氛向好，首轮发售单位全部位于第5座，至于稍后会推售的第3座单位，或有5至10%加价空间。

 

长江实业营业部助理首席经理杨桂玲指，将发售单位涵盖151伙两房户及105伙三房户，折实价由921.4万至1,891.2万元，折实呎价约18,998至24,458元。

 

她续指，发售当日早上10时起开始分组报到，会安排抽签决定拣楼次序。F组买家可购3至8伙，须包括至少3伙3房。A1组买家可购2至4伙，须包括至少1伙3房，A2组为上期项目的向隅客，可购1至2伙的3房单位。上述大手组别总共预留153伙可供拣选。至于，B组则可购1至2伙。首轮销售将于本周五下午3时截票。
