智通财经APP获悉，四川成渝高速公路(00107)现涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.12%，报3.47港元，成交额5311.1万港元。
消息面上，四川成渝高速公路上月底宣布，拟以不超22亿元收购荆宜高速公司85%股权。资料显示，荆宜高速是“国家高速公路网规划”中沪蓉高速的重要组成部分，地理位置优越，车流量增长有保障。据悉，本次重组的交易对方蜀道创投为蜀道集团控制的主体。而四川成渝实控人也是蜀道集团，招商公路是四川成渝第二大股东。
此外，华创证券指出，公路作为稳健类资产、近年来提升分红回报获得投资者青睐，但仍可以动态视角看待行业及公司潜力。该行指出，特别建议重视H股高股息标的，四川成渝高速公路股息率超过7%，PB较A股折价明显。
