消息面上，近日市场传闻称，江浙沪等沿海产业的工厂向四川迁移，四川推出2.15万亿基建计划，有330个重大项目将在2-3年内开工。华龙证券研报指，金九银十作为传统消费旺季，存在季节性复产预期，叠加宏观利好政策不断加码，成品材价格及成交面转好，钢厂利润恢复促使近期开工率上升。
