智通财经APP讯，保利物业(06049)发布公告，董事会已审议通过建议实施H股全流通，拟将合计1.94亿股公司境内未上市股份(内资股)转换为公司H股(H股)(H股全流通)。在完成有关备案并取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会备案)及符合所有适用法律、法规及规章后，该等内资股将被转为H股，公司亦会向联交所申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖(转换及上市)。根据公司的公司章程及适用的中国法律法规，毋须就H股全流通以及转换及上市于股东大会上取得公司股东(股东)批准。
