Software company Enlitic (ASX:ENL) said Philips Healthcare agreed to use the company's ENDEX platform under a three-year contract through its distribution partner Blackford, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The initial agreement involves a limited number of sites, with potential for expansion, the filing said.
The company expects the deal to generate $100,000 to $380,000 in revenue per year, according to the filing.
Enlitic shares rose nearly 13% in afternoon trade.
