据悉，七牛智能为中国最早提供音视频云服务的平台之一，致力成为全球领先的一站式场景化智能音视频服务商。公司主要提供音视频PaaS服务(MPaaS)，应用平台即服务(APaaS)，公司是中国为数不多的拥有开发全面且高性能的MPaaS产品、拥有集成且覆盖音视频业务各环节的技术能力的公司之一。
根据艾瑞咨询，按2023年收入计，公司是中国第三大音视频PaaS服务商，市场份额为5.8%；按2023年APaaS收入来看，公司也是中国第二大音视频APaaS服务商，市场份额为14.1%。
