伯克希尔大举加仓SiriusXM，后者夜盘大涨8%
10月14日，SiriusXM夜盘涨幅扩大，截止发稿，该股涨超8%。消息方面：上周，沃伦·巴菲特旗下伯克希尔·哈撒韦公司大举买入广播公司SiriusXM的股票。
根据上周五提交给监管机构的文件，这家投资集团在三天内买入了价值8673万美元的股票，并将其在该公司的总持股增至1.0872亿股。伯克希尔哈撒韦公司上周三购买了86.98万股SiriusXM股票;周四通过两笔独立交易分别买入91.78万股和51.72万股;周五买入125.93万股。
伯克希尔哈撒韦早在2023年11月就披露了其在SiriusXM 的股份。去年9月，在与Liberty Media完成交易后，SiriusXM成为了一家资本结构简化的独立上市公司。这家广播公司预计将于10月31日公布自那以来的首次业绩。
据悉，2008年，Sirius卫星广播公司与XM卫星广播控股公司合并组成了SiriusXM，通过专有的卫星广播系统在北美地区提供音乐、体育、娱乐、喜剧、谈话、新闻、交通、天气等频道及信息娱乐服务。之后，SiriusXM还收购了曾经的音乐流媒体霸主Pandora。官网显示，SiriusXM 2023财年的营收高达89.5亿美元，息税前利润和净利润分别为27.9亿美元和12.6亿美元，收听人数到达了1.5亿，订阅数约3400万。
相比之下，伯克希尔哈撒韦公司一直在大举抛售美国银行(BAC.US)的股份，该公司从7月中旬开始减持这家美国第二大银行的股份，最近已将持股比例降至10%以下。
