【市场监管总局：加快推动出台《民营经济促进法》】金十数据10月14日讯，国家市场监督管理总局局长罗文14日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，我们加快推动出台《民营经济促进法》，对民营经济平等对待、平等保护，为非公有制经济发展营造良好环境。我们落实好《优化营商环境条例》，按照既要“放得活”又要“管得住”的要求，针对妨碍市场公平准入、限制企业跨区迁移等问题，尽快研究提出切实有效措施，回应经营主体关切。我们深入推进涉企法律法规政策评估清理，全面清理歧视和区别对待不同所有制、规模和地域企业的各类规定。
