【存量房贷利率批量调整在即 已有银行App更新查询功能】金十数据10月14日讯，近日，包括国有大型商业银行、股份制银行、城商行、农商行、外资银行等在内的多家银行相继发布关于批量调整存量个人住房贷款利率操作事项的公告，对调整范围、调整规则、调整方式、申请及调整时间、申请渠道等热点内容进行说明。从银行调整方式来看，分为银行自动调整方式、客户自主申请调整方式。银行自动调整方式，即对于符合条件的存量个人住房贷款，中资银行将于2024年10月25日集中批量调整合同贷款利率。外资银行方面时间有所差别，例如，汇丰银行、东亚银行将分别于10月28日、10月30日进行集中批量调整。
