东阳光长江药业修订持续关联交易年度上限
财中社10月14日电 东阳光长江药业（01558）发布公告，计划修订与深圳东阳光实业的持续关联交易年度上限，预计将显著提高相关金额。公告中指出，租赁及其他服务框架协议的年度上限将从1300万元上调至4536万元，增加了约249%。委托加工框架协议的年度上限也将提升，从1.08亿元增至1.37亿元，增幅约25%。能源采购框架协议的上限将从5675万元提升至6300万元，增幅约11%。
公告表示，此次修订的原因主要是为了应对市场需求的增加，尤其是在新药研发和市场推广活动方面。东阳光长江药业预计，未来的市场推广活动和学术会议的需求将大幅增加，从而提升了相关服务的费用预期。根据过去的交易数据，租赁及其他服务的实际交易金额在2023年已经达到了上限的93.6%，显示出对上限的迫切需求。
