智通财经APP讯，丰盛控股(00607)发布公告，于2024年10月15日，公司全资附属公司Five Seasons XIX与Sparrow Early Learning及 Sparrow Holdings订立协议，据此，Five Seasons XIX有条件同意向Sparrow Early Learning出售销售股份及Sparrow Early Learning可选择按不超过最高代价(即2000万澳元，相当于约人民币9535.3万元)的总代价回购一批次或多批次的部分或全部销售股份。
据悉，销售股份为Sparrow Early Learning已发行股本中的2401.33万股普通股，相当于本公布日期Sparrow Early Learning约24.01%的股权。
公告称，可能出售事项为集团出售销售股份的良机，以实现集团的合理回报。
