中铝国际拟增资5亿元支持控股子公司发展
中铝国际（601068/02068）发布公告，拟与控股子公司中铝山东共同向中铝山东工程技术有限公司（山东工程）增资总计5亿元，其中公司将增资3亿元。增资后，山东工程的注册资本将由2.7亿元增加至7.7亿元，公司的股权比例保持不变，依然为60%。
此次增资旨在优化山东工程的资本结构，支持其业务发展，提升科技创新能力，促进高纯氧化铝、氮化铝等新兴产业的发展。根据公告，截至本次交易前，过去12个月内公司与同一关联方的交易累计金额占2023年度经审计净资产的比例未达到5%，因此本次交易构成关联交易。此次增资将通过现金方式进行，增资完成后，公司的合并报表范围不发生变化，财务状况和经营成果不会受到重大影响。
