-部署时几乎缺乏基础设施支持（如稳定币、预言机和机构托管等）；-没有基金会或实验室提供帮助；-中心化架构易受攻击；-分散流动性并强制通过跨链桥；-缺乏用户和开发者社区；-将时间花在处理上述问题上，而不是应用程序和用户；-消除网络效应；-仍需要较长的交易确认时间（有些供应商不愿与之合作）；-单独开发（没有合作团队）。
应用链也严重低估了基础设施和合规性的成本（浏览器、托管、交易平台、预言机、桥接、工具包、IDE、on/off ramps、原生发行和集成、监管、合规性）。仅 2024 年就已经花费了 1400 万美元，其中很大一部分是经常性成本。”
