大连港计划增持辽港股份A股不低于2.5亿元 不超过5亿元
财中社10月14日电辽港股份（601880/02880）发布公告称，其控股股东之一致行动人大连港集团有限公司拟增持公司A股股份，增持金额范围为2.5亿元至5亿元，增持价格上限为2.06元/股。此次增持计划的实施期限为自公告之日起12个月。
截至本次公告前，大连港已持有公司60.3亿股股份，占公司总股本的25.23%。与其一致行动人合计持有公司股份165.9亿股，约占69.39%。大连港表示，此次增持旨在增强投资者信心，促进公司持续、稳定、健康发展。需要注意的是，增持计划的实施可能面临市场变化等风险因素。
