H2G Green (SGX:5AI) has received a listing and quotation notice from SGX-ST for its proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 1.42 billion warrants at SG$0.001 each, according to a Saturday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Each warrant grants the right to subscribe for one new ordinary share at an exercise price of SG$0.004, the filing said.
