Aeris Resources' (ASX:AIS) refinancing process with ANZ Group (ASX:ANZ, NZE:ANZ) is "progressing well," and the bank extended the maturity date of the contingent instrument facility to Nov. 15, the company said in a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
