Molina Healthcare (MOH) said Wednesday its Molina Healthcare of Michigan unit has won a Michigan Department of Health and Human Services contract to provide integrated Medicare and Medicaid services for dually eligible residents.
The contract spans six service regions under the Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan. Molina currently operates in two regions under the Michigan Health Link program, the state's existing platform for dual-eligible members. according to the company.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
The contract is scheduled to begin on Jan. 1, 2026, and will last for seven years, with an option for three additional one-year extensions, it added.
