0114 GMT - Singapore's FTSE Straits Times Index rises 0.6% to 3615.99 in early trade, tracking Wall Street's gains overnight. U.S. equities rose as investors look ahead to a busy earnings week, the UOB Global Economics & Markets Research team writes in a commentary. Sentiment could also be lifted after advance estimates released Monday showed that the city-state's 3Q GDP grew 4.1% on year. Among gainers, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding climbs 3.3%, while Seatrium and UOB each add 1.5%. Meanwhile, DFI Retail Group sheds 1.5% and Jardine Matheson loses 1.0%.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
