智通财经APP讯，重庆农村商业银行(03618)发布公告，该公司董事会审议通过了《关于推举隋军先生履行重庆农村商业银行股份有限公司董事长职务的议案》。因工作调动，谢文辉先生辞去本行董事长、执行董事及董事会专门委员会相关职务。为保证本行持续规范运作，同意推举执行董事、行长隋军先生履行董事长、法定代表人职务，至本行按《公司章程》产生新任董事长且其任职资格获监管机构核准之日止。
审议通过了《关于审议变更重庆农村商业银行股份有限公司授权代表的议案》。因谢文辉先生辞去本行根据《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》委任之授权代表职务，会议委任本行执行董事、行长隋军先生担任本行其中一名授权代表，张培宗先生则继续担任本行另一名授权代表，共同负责本行与香港联合交易所有限公司的沟通。
