China State Construction International's (HKG:3311) two subsidiaries will establish a joint venture in Beijing with five entities, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The JV will have a registered capital of 760.8 million yuan and will mainly be involved in water pollution control, sewage treatment and recycling, and municipal facilities management.
The two subsidiaries of China State Construction, Beijing Haiyao Construction and CSCIE, will hold 35% and 0.1% of the JV.
Beijing Beipai, Beijing Drainage, CSCEE, BMEDI, and Beijing Yizhuang Environment are the other parties involved in the JV.
