智通财经APP获悉，香港地产股普遍上扬，截至发稿，太古地产(01972)涨3.02%，报16.4港元；恒基地产(00012)涨2.58%，报25.8港元；新世界发展(00017)涨1.86%，报8.21港元；长实集团(01113)涨1.67%，报33.45港元；九龙仓置业(01997)涨1.22%，报24.9港元。
消息面上，香港特区行政长官李家超今日发表任内第三份《施政报告》。《施政报告》提出，将放宽住宅物业的按揭贷款条件，不论物业价值、是否自用或公司持有以及买家是否“首置”，按揭成数上限一律调整至七成，供款与入息比率上限一律调整为五成。至于非住宅物业，有关按揭成数上限及供款与入息比率上限亦会调整至同样水平。
