【世邦魏理仕：优化新资本投资者入境计划预计将刺激高端住宅需求并稳定楼价】金十数据10月16日讯，世邦魏理仕香港区研究部主管陈锦平认为，香港特区政府施政报告内容全面，政府提出多项政策措施以加强香港的长远竞争力，包括但不限于扩阔香港的行业基础、丰富香港的人才储备、提高香港的整体吸引力和宜居性等计划。虽然报告未太多关于商业房地产直接政策措施，但有一些计划有利行业发展。世邦魏理仕估值及咨询服务部主管郑亥延表示，政府优化“新资本投资者入境计划”，预计此会立即反映于豪宅市场的交投量。政府在9月撤辣后，留意到住宅交投逐步复苏。今年首三季超级豪宅成交量创三年新高。此举预计将进一步刺激高端住宅的需求，并稳定相关楼价。
